  • Matthew Davies

    CEO

    With 18 years of experience in social work, I’ve seen first-hand the unique challenges we face every day—balancing high caseloads, navigating complex systems, and often feeling the weight of the emotional toll this work can bring. Throughout my journey, my priority has always been supporting families and making a real difference. But I also saw the need for tools that could make our jobs just a bit easier.
    That’s why I created The Social Work Way app. This isn’t a project from a tech entrepreneur; it’s something built by a social worker, for social workers. The app is designed to streamline processes, reduce some of the everyday pressures, and ultimately give social workers more time and energy to focus on what truly matters: the people we support. For me, this is about strengthening our profession and giving back to the community that I’m proud to be a part of.

  • Caylee Davies

    Customer Support Manager

    Caylee Davies brings a wealth of compassion, organisation, and creativity to her role as Customer Support Manager for The Social Work Way. With a degree in Music Education from Bangor University, Caylee is a qualified music teacher who continues to inspire young minds in her part-time teaching role.

    Outside of her professional roles, Caylee is passionate about fostering creativity, building relationships, and lending her expertise to enhance the work of The Social Work Way team. Her commitment to both education and social work aligns perfectly with the mission of the app – to support and empower those working tirelessly to make a difference.

    Strategic Advisor

    An experienced senior analyst within the finance industry. Victoria founded NearMeNow in 2017 and has worked with hundreds of stakeholders since then to understand the underlying digital needs of our high streets and the businesses within them. An experienced design thinker, Victoria’s creative and analytical approach places NearMeNow at the forefront of town centre digitisation across the UK, if not the globe.
