Pebble Mileage
Enter where you started and where you finished, choose the purpose, and the distance is worked out for you. A return toggle covers the trip back. Journeys build up as a running log you add to whenever suits, then you submit them together.
The practice problem
Mileage is usually reconstructed weeks later: scrolling back through a calendar, guessing at distances, and typing the same addresses again and again.
Pebble Mileage moves the work to the moment the journey happens. Add a trip in seconds, keep adding for as long as you like, then submit the whole log in one go.
Built around the day
Journeys are logged against a fixed purpose list, so a month of travel arrives as a consistent record rather than a reconstruction. Distances are calculated on the server from the addresses entered, and can always be overridden by the person who made the journey.
Access by design
Foster carers get their own sign-in and their own record of journeys. It is a separate route into Pebble, not a practitioner account with things hidden from it.
A carer account never sits in front of case information. Capture, Chronology and Memories are not reachable from it by construction, rather than by permission settings someone has to remember to apply.
Enter a start and a destination. Pebble calculates the one-way distance for you.
One tick doubles the journey, so the trip home is never the thing you forgot.
Trips accumulate as drafts for as long as you like, then go in as one submission.
Carers have their own way in, reaching Mileage and nothing else.
